Terms of service

By purchasing a Cecil Automations service, you agree to provide the information and access needed to complete the purchased service, including a completed intake form, relevant context, and any required read-only, sandbox, or collaborator access.

Delivery timelines begin after intake and required access are received. Fixed-price services cover the deliverables listed on the product page. If the requested work is broader than the purchased service, Cecil Automations will confirm the additional scope, timing, and pricing before extra work starts.

You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to share any systems, exports, screenshots, or account access used for the work. Do not send passwords or sensitive credentials through the intake form or ordinary email.

Cecil Automations may decline or pause work if the request is outside the purchased scope, lacks necessary access, creates unreasonable security risk, or requires unsupported third-party platform behavior.
