Refund policy

Cecil Automations sells fixed-scope digital and service-based work, including diagnostics, automation fixes, and build deposits.

If work has not started, you can request a refund by emailing hello@cecilautomations.com with your order number. Once a diagnostic, fix, discovery session, or other service deliverable has started or been delivered, refunds are limited to undelivered work.

Workflow Diagnostic purchases are non-refundable once the written diagnostic has been delivered. Automation Quick Fix purchases cover one contained workflow issue; if the problem is larger than the purchased scope, extra work will be quoted before continuing. Automation Build Deposits start discovery and planning and are credited toward the final approved project scope.
